It's really less embarrassing than I thought it would be!!!
Of course many people ask me about it. Pretty much everybody that hasn't seem me for more than a year. But believe me: When you have heard that question a couple of times, you get used to it. And suddenly you realize that after this first question, nobody actually cares!! People that like me like my character, me as a person. And not my hair!
I really experience again and again that i get treated just like before. And that gives me a lot of self confidence! Actually more than before, when I was always frightened of my starting baldness being discovered. Now that I know that everybody can see it, it is absolutely no problem any more!!
Believe me, it's far less awkward than you would expect :-)
